Here are some typical questions I get asked, and the answers for your information:

Q:  What are your office and email contact hours?

A:  Mondays by appointment only, and Tuesday through Friday 8:30am – 4pm PST.  Due to the high volume of calls I receive, it’s quite possible you will have to leave a voice message.  I respond to client phone calls within 24 hours.

Emails sent using the form above usually receive the fastest response time.  I take all weekends and holidays off.

Q: I would like you to help me (my company) with a marketing or copywriting project. How do I hire you?

A: Let’s start by making sure we’re a fit with each other’s business.  Contact me using the telephone number or email address above, and let’s set aside some time to examine your project or business to see how I can help.  Please note that in the instances when I accept new clients, it is not done on a contingency basis. No “you do the work and if we make money we’ll pay you” type of deals.

Q: I would like to do a Joint Venture with you or would like you to be an affiliate and promote my product.

A: JV and affiliate requests are not being accepted at this time.  This also includes “invitations” to join MLM programs or similar business opportunities.

Q: I would like to exchange website links with you (e.g. put my link on your site, and I’ll put your link on mine).

A: Currently link exchange requests are not being accepted (and honestly unless I initiate one, probably never will).

Q: I would like you to speak at my conference or event Joseph. What do I do?

A: Please submit your request to me personally via email (joe at josephratliff.com) and you will receive a response within 48 hours.

Q: I would like you to consult with my company on-site or over the phone. How do I schedule this?

A: When a schedule opening arises, my rate schedule for consultations is below:

Per hour – recorded and delivered to you afterwards
$495.00 per hour

Per day – (starts at 8am – ends at 5pm)
$4000.00 per day (on-site requires first class expenses to be covered in addition to the flat-fee, or we can work virtually via Skype or other connection means for flat-fee only)
