After Skype chatting with a colleague and friend Michael Hiles today (thank you for the chat man)…I’ve had an epiphany (feel that sarcasm).

Small to medium sized companies (sales volumes $10 – 500 million annually) can use this Internet thing to reduce customer acquisition costs.

Novel idea huh?

Use the Internet to replace or supplement your current lead generation efforts (correctly of course) so it costs less to acquire new customers for your business.

Wow, what a revelation.

How come more businesses aren’t doing it? (or aren’t doing it correctly, in fact not even close)

Interesting. 😉
